1 Definitions & Interpretation
In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as stated, unless the context requires otherwise:
- "win9999", "we", "Platform" — refers to win9999 and all services operated under the win9999.vu domain.
- "User", "you", "member" — refers to any individual who registers for or uses the win9999 service.
- "Account" — refers to a user account legitimately registered on the win9999 platform.

- "Real Money" — refers to real monetary funds deposited into a win9999 account in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

- "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum wagering amount that must be met before a bonus or bonus-related wins can be withdrawn.
- "KYC" — the Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which is the identity verification procedure required by win9999.
2 Account Eligibility & Registration
Use of the win9999 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:
- Aged 18 years of age and above on the date of registration. win9999 maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy toward underage players.
- Not a resident or citizen of any country that explicitly prohibits online gambling under its local laws.
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
- Not currently subject to any restriction or ban imposed by win9999 on the use of the platform.
Each user is only permitted to register one account only. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of remaining funds.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information including your full name, identification number, date of birth, phone number, and active email address. win9999 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time to confirm your identity.
3 User Account & Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. win9999 recommends that you:
- Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
- Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) available in your account security settings.
- Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
- Log out completely after each session, especially when using a shared device.
- Report to customer support immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.
Win9999 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
Inactive Account: Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. win9999 reserves the right to impose a monthly administrative fee on inactive accounts once that period has elapsed. Players will be notified by email before any charges are applied.
4 Deposit & Fund Withdrawal
Win9999 supports a wide range of payment methods popular among Malaysian players. All financial transactions are processed through systems protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.
Deposit:
- The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods.
- Deposits via FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, RHB Online, and local e-wallets are processed within a few minutes.
- All deposits must be made by the registered account holder. win9999 does not accept third-party payments.
- Win9999 does not charge any processing fees on deposits; however, your financial service provider may apply their own charges.
Withdrawal:
- Withdrawal requests are processed within 30 minutes upon approval.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50.
- Withdrawals will be credited to the bank account registered under the same name as your win9999 account.
- A complete KYC process must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
- Win9999 reserves the right to place a hold on suspicious withdrawals until the investigation is complete.
Fund Security Guarantee: win9999 player funds are held in accounts separate from the company's operational funds. Your money is always secure and may be withdrawn at any time subject to the applicable terms.
5 Bonus & Promotions
Win9999 offers a wide range of bonuses and promotions for both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the terms and wagering requirements clearly stated on the respective promotions page.
- Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players in accordance with the respective promotion terms.
- The wagering requirement (rollover) must be fulfilled in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
- Each promotion has its own validity period. Unused bonuses will be automatically forfeited upon expiry.
- Each user is entitled to claim each bonus once only, unless stated otherwise in the relevant promotion's terms.
- Win9999 reserves the right to void bonuses and related wins if there is evidence of abuse or any attempt to manipulate the bonus system.
- Some bonuses have a maximum bet per spin or round when using bonus funds. Please check the terms of each promotion.
Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including opening multiple accounts, collusion between players, or the use of automated software — will result in cancellation of all bonuses, account closure, and freezing of funds.
6 Game Rules
All games offered on the win9999 platform use an independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fairness and randomness in every game outcome. Specific rules for each game are stated within the game interface itself.
- Game results are final once a round concludes. No appeals may be made based on assumptions or misunderstanding of the rules.
- In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, win9999 will ensure the round is resolved based on the last saved system record. If resolution is not possible, the bet will be returned.
- The use of automation software, bots, or any tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- Players who suspect a game has not functioned correctly must contact win9999 customer support within 72 hours of the incident.
- For Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final and subject to the studio policies of the respective service provider.
7 Prohibited User Conduct
Users of the win9999 platform are prohibited from engaging in any of the following activities:
- Registering more than one account or assisting others in doing so.
- Using false information, another person's identity, or falsified documents during registration or the KYC process.

10 Termination & Account Closure
Closure by User: You may close your win9999 account at any time by contacting our customer support. Prior to closure, please ensure all eligible funds have been withdrawn.
Closure by win9999: win9999 reserves the right to terminate or suspend a user account with or without prior notice under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any of these Terms and Conditions.
- Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
- Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
- Request from a competent authority.
- Technical or regulatory requirements necessitating account closure.
In the event of account closure due to a breach of terms, win9999 reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and winnings obtained through activities that violated those terms.
11 Responsible Gaming
